Detailed information in easy-to-understand text format by the Small Business Administration about the SBIR and STTR programs. Includes links to SBIR Handbook for Proposal Preparation, Policy directives and a very good SBIR and STTR PowerPoint 4-course overview (http://www.sba.gov/sbir/SBIRSTTR_3CourseFullOverview.ppt). This short presentation includes SBIR/STTR Basics, History and Law, Research Institutions and Top Ten Reasons to Participate.

http://www.sbirworld.com/

This is a cross-agency website that contains lots of information about SBIR & STTR Programs, conferences, solicitations, federal agency links, state resources, partnering, and news. The solicitations link at http://www.sbirworld.com/solicitations/solicitations.asp?mnuSol=1 is very good. There is also an "Open Solicitation" Search tool that works very well for all/any words or phrase and will search all or any selected agency. This website also has state resources and partnership lists.
